• I can’t get my verification to go through. Can you just honor the discount code?

Unfortunately, we do need all eligible personnel to verify their status through ID.me to release the code. Our customer service team is not able to manually apply the discount for healthcare workers and first responders. If you cannot get through, please reach out to ID.me.

• I don't want to go through ID.me’s verification process. Can I get a different discount code?

If you would prefer not to go through the verification process, we have a first-time buyer code for 15% off when you sign up for our newsletter. Otherwise, keep an eye out on the website for sales!
