Is it good for mature skin?
Absolutely! Honey Halo provides tremendous hydration to everyone, regardless of age! : )
What type of tint/foundation would work best after applying this moisturizer? I love this moisturizer but find that my water based tint does not work well with it.
Honey Halo is a water-based moisturizer and silicone free so it's formulated to prep skin before all types of foundation. Since you are using a tinted-moisturizer, the emollients in the tinted moisturizer might be what is causing a separation, if that is what you are experiencing. We recommend to let Honey Halo fully absorb before applying your tinted moisturizer on top. If that does not work, try a water-based foundation instead of a water-based tinted moisturizer.
